Shipping Policy

The choice of carrier is made during payment and you have several possibilities:

1. Home delivery via Colissimo, Colis Privé or Chronopost (depending on the product and destination)
   
   
2. Delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay, Relais Colis or Colis Privé depending on the choice made when ordering. The map allowing you to choose the desired relay point will appear during the final order step (after payment)

We offer free delivery for orders over €100.

The €100 for free delivery is calculated before applicable taxes and on reduced prices in the event of a promotion by promo code or other.

Packages are, on average, shipped within 3 to 4 days of ordering.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You can track the progress of each package using a tracking number.

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of the same value or receive a refund. Returns of the item(s) are at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
