My name is Michiko, I am passionate about creation and have been working for almost 20 years in the fashion industry, particularly in the luxury ready-to-wear sector for a Japanese designer. It has been a very enriching experience that has given me the opportunity to develop my artistic sense as well as my critical thinking. I have had to learn not only to satisfy a very demanding clientele but also to anticipate their wishes and constantly search for the creations and collections best suited to their personality, their look, their charisma...
With this experience, I decided to launch my own concept , first online then in a boutique in the heart of Paris in the Marais (8 rue Saint-Claude, Paris 3)

To share my passion for fashion design, beautiful materials, and to offer ever more original collections, I imagined "Belles de Seine" - the fruit of collaborative work with passionate and inventive designers.

The Product:

• designed by creators passionate about design and beautiful materials, who have an avant-garde concept and an artisanal rather than industrial approach.

Positioning:

• offer an alternative to fast fashion or the luxury industry
• value creativity, the product, passion, people, concepts
• offer a different experience: I started from a simple observation, the women we meet today too often have the same "dress code"! However, between luxury brands (not accessible to everyone) and fast fashion brands (which surf on the same concepts), there is an ecosystem of brands in perpetual reinvention. I therefore took the gamble of collaborating with inventive creators who think outside the box, by establishing a relationship of trust and reducing the intermediaries so that everyone can benefit, you as well as them!

All our creations come from artisans who respect the environment and people. The fabrics, prints, and designs are exclusive, and you won't find them anywhere else. We collaborate with passionate and inventive designers who create quality pieces with meticulous finishes. And we favor European intermediaries to reduce our carbon footprint and limit the flow of goods.

My experience now allows me to make a real difference; I am committed to selecting each collection with care and with the artistic sensitivity that characterizes me (which I have been able to put into practice in my profession for around twenty years now).

We want to guide women to consume less and better by offering timeless, high-quality creations.
